The houses of "El Valle" are located between the villages of Durcal and Cozvijar, at the edge of an ravine, made by the river Durcal. From the houses and the gardens you have splendid views onto the valley, the river and the peaks of the Sierra Nevada.

There are 4 restored houses, one of them is used by the owner. The garden is 30 years old and has palm trees, pine trees and lemon trees.

There are some shared terraces, a viewing point, a nice swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, barbecue and an astronomical observatory.

It's only 15 minutes drive to Granada and the beaches of the Meditteranean Sea are a 30 minute drive.

The Cottage "the Laurel tree" has two floors. On the ground floor there is a livingroom with fire place, a kitchen and a cellar, which is the ideal place for children to play, a bathroom and a hall. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and another bathroom. The house has central heating. Outside is a nice big terrace.

"The Lemon tree" and "the Blue Pine" consist of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. There is central heating and a comfortable sofa-bed.

Each house has its own private terrace. Through the windows you have excellent views onto the valley of the river Durcal.
